This Policy applies to the operation of the corporate/informational website above.

1) What We Process

  • Device/usage data: IP address, request path/URL, user-agent, timestamps (server logs; security and uptime).
  • Contact data (if you contact us): name, company, email, phone, and message content.
  • Cookies: only strictly necessary cookies; analytics/marketing are currently disabled.

2) Purposes & Legal Bases

  • Operate and secure the Site (server logs, uptime, load balancing) — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Respond to inquiries (contact forms/emails) — steps prior to a contract or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
  • Compliance & record-keeping — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

3) Cookies & Vendors (current setup)

We use the Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR/CCPA banner to present choices and vendor details.

Necessary (always on)

Hosting — Zone Media OÜ (zone.ee).
Purpose: site hosting and security (server logs, uptime, load balancing).
Data: IP address, request path/URL, user-agent, timestamps; may involve technical cookies.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Location: EU.
Retention: server logs typically up to ~12 months.

Planned / to be enabled when forms/newsletters go live

Mailchimp (forms & newsletters).
Purpose: process contact/lead forms and email subscriptions; send newsletters.
Legal basis: consent for newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a)); contract steps/legitimate interests for contact requests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
International transfers: safeguarded (e.g., SCCs).
Status: not active until forms/subscriptions are enabled on the Site.

4) Retention

  • Security logs: up to 12 months (typical).
  • Inquiry records: up to 24 months (communication history) unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Newsletter data (when enabled): until you unsubscribe or we delete/anonymize it.

5) Sharing

We share data only with necessary service providers (hosting/IT) under data-processing terms, professional advisers (as needed), and competent authorities when legally required.

6) International Transfers

If we use tools based outside the EEA (e.g., Mailchimp, once enabled), we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as SCCs).

7) Your Rights

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method is 100% secure.

The Site is not intended for children under 16.
